How to Enter

Fill out an entry form in person at the Grown Up Kids table at the Toy Fair on May 23rd, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT. No purchase necessary to enter.

PART 2: OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR: The Giveaway is sponsored by Grown Up Kids ("Sponsor"), located at Richfield, MN and accessible via grownupkidsshop.com.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Grown Up Kids and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted in person during the tabling event on May 23rd, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM and ending at 8:00 PM CT (the "Entry Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible participants must complete the Entry Form provided above in its entirety and submit it to a Grown Up Kids representative during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. PRIZE: The prize consists of a $20 Gift Card to Grown Up Kids Shop, with an approximate retail value of $20.00. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about May 9, 2026. The potential winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided on the Entry Form. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. MARKETING CONSENT: By entering and providing an email address (and checking the Marketing Consent box on the Entry Form), entrants agree to receive marketing communications and the Grown Up Kids email newsletter. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time (via the unsubscribe link in any email).

8. PRIZE SELECTION: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period and notified via email.

9. DISCLAIMER: This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LEGO, Funko, Marvel, DC, or any other toy manufacturer. All product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Grown Up Kids, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway and/or acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or illegible entries.

11. PRIVACY: Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at grownupkidsshop.com.

12. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [Insert County/State].
