From LEGO sets and custom minifigures to action figures, card decks, and rare collectibles, we curate a bold, ever-changing assortment of items that bring joy, spark memories, and look great on any shelf.

Our Story

Grown Up Kids started the way the best things do — with a little love and a lot of boxes that wouldn't fit anywhere. About 12 years ago, my partner got me into collecting. He was a massive collector, and over time we accumulated an incredible amount of inventory — things he bought, things he picked up for me, things we just ran out of room for. Rather than let it sit in storage, I decided to do something I'd always dreamed of: open a shop.

I always wanted to do this. I just never thought I'd actually get the chance. Now here we are, and I couldn't be more grateful for it.

This store is more than a side project — it's a stepping stone. My goal is to grow Grown Up Kids into a physical location someday, and that means I take every order, every customer, and every interaction seriously. I want to earn your repeat business, not just your first purchase.

What We Offer

We specialize in LEGO sets and one-of-a-kind custom minifigures, alongside action figures, card decks, and other collectibles. Because we typically carry one or two of each item, every purchase is unique — just like the collector behind it.

What Makes Us Different

We've all been there — walking into a collectibles shop and seeing the exact same inventory that was there six months ago. That's not us. We intentionally keep our quantities small and our variety wide, so there's always something fresh when you stop by.

We do work with traditional distributors, but we don't place massive bulk orders. Instead, we buy a broad mix of items to test what resonates with our customers. When we find something that sells, we restock it. When something doesn't move, we move on. The result? A shop that actually evolves.

When we say there's only one left — that's not a sales tactic. That's just the truth. We're not running manufactured scarcity here. We're a small, honest operation and we want you to know exactly what you're getting.

How We Price

It's just me running this whole operation — I'm not Target or Walmart. I price every item based on real market comparables: what similar items are selling for on eBay, Amazon, Target, and elsewhere. Fair prices, no games.

We also source a lot of our custom minifigures and collectibles from overseas, which helps keep prices accessible on items people love but may not want to drop their whole paycheck on. Quality hobby items shouldn't have to break the bank.

Fresh Inventory, Always

A big part of keeping things fresh is how we source. Beyond distributors, we regularly shop sales and clearance to discover new items and gauge interest. It's a great way to find a new home for items you've outgrown and keep the hobby alive.
