Namor, the Sub-Mariner #5 (1990) — Comic Book

Namor, the Sub-Mariner #5 (1990) — Marvel Comics. "The Fire Down Below!" — an early issue of John Byrne's Sub-Mariner relaunch, starring Marvel's first mutant.

Five issues into the 1990 series, Byrne had Namor presumed lost, amnesiac, and clawing his way back toward Atlantis and his name — the opening movement of a run that would redefine the character for the decade. Early-issue Namor from a landmark creative run, priced for collectors building the set.
