Namor, the Sub-Mariner #7 (1990) — Comic Book

Namor, the Sub-Mariner #7 (1990) — Marvel Comics. "The Unknowable Menace of Sluj!" — Silver Age flavor in John Byrne's modern Sub-Mariner saga.

Sluj — a Kirby-era menace from the Fantastic Four's past — rises again in Byrne's hands, the kind of deep-cut revival this run loved. Seven issues into the 1990 relaunch, the series was firing on all cylinders: corporate intrigue above the waves, monster trouble below. Prime Byrne-era Namor for the long box.
