Namor, the Sub-Mariner #8 (1990) — Comic Book

Namor, the Sub-Mariner #8 (1990) — Marvel Comics. First appearance of the Headhunter — "Heads I Win…" — a genuine key issue from John Byrne's Sub-Mariner relaunch.

First appearances are the backbone of back-issue collecting, and this one hides in plain sight: the debut of the Headhunter, who'd return to menace Namor again within the year. From the acclaimed Byrne run that redefined the Sea Prince for the 1990s — an affordable key with room to matter.
